Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of earrings. If you receive a faulty item, please check our guarantee options.

To obtain a return authorisation, please mail us at support@smillabrav.com with a
brief explanation of your return or exchange.
Be sure to include the receipt with your order number written on it. We speak English and German.

Please make sure all necessary documents are filled out correctly when returning items from outside the EU. If customs documents are incomplete or incorrect and the return does not make it through customs, Smilla Brav cannot be held responsible and the return will be marked as not returned.
